Olympique de Marseille announces leadership restructuring and €70M training center project

Olympique de Marseille (OM) has announced a significant organizational restructuring and a major infrastructure investment. President Stéphane Richard unveiled a new leadership structure designed to clarify responsibilities and support long-term development.

The club will now operate through three primary divisions: Alban Juster has been appointed General Manager of Business and Corporate; Grégory Lorenzi will lead the sporting sector, including the first team and training center; and Stefano Petruzzo will head the women’s section (Les Marseillaises). Benjamin Arnaud remains in his role as Secretary General.

In addition to the management changes, the club revealed plans to construct a new, modern training facility to replace the current La Commanderie. The project is estimated to cost approximately €70 million. Richard confirmed that a site has already been identified for the new facility, describing it as a “critical project” that he will personally oversee to ensure the club meets its sporting and economic ambitions.
