Olympique de Marseille confirms Bruno Genesio as head coach

Olympique de Marseille is set to appoint French manager Bruno Genesio, who left Lille, as its new head coach. The club confirmed that goalkeeper coach Nicolas Dehon, currently at Lille, has agreed to join Genesio’s staff in Marseille. Former Lille assistants Jérémie Bréchet and Dimitri Farbos are also expected to follow Genesio to the French Ligue 1 side.

The hiring comes as OM faces a salary‑cap threat from the DNCG and a possible UEFA Europa League exclusion, prompting the club to finalize its coaching team amid financial constraints.
