Olympique de Marseille targets new goalkeepers following Rulli departure

Olympique de Marseille is actively seeking a replacement for goalkeeper Gerónimo Rulli, who recently departed for Manchester City. The club has focused its efforts on two primary targets: Noah Atubolu and Michele Di Gregorio.

Negotiations for SC Freiburg goalkeeper Noah Atubolu have reportedly reached an advanced stage, but the deal is currently paused. While Marseille has offered Atubolu a starting role, Freiburg is seeking a transfer fee in the region of 15 million euros. The club faces significant competition for the 24-year-old from Eintracht Frankfurt, Napoli, and Bournemouth.

As an alternative, Marseille is considering Juventus goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio. The 29-year-old Italian is reportedly available as Juventus prepares for the arrival of Guglielmo Vicario. The club's recruitment strategy remains a point of scrutiny as they attempt to secure a high-level replacement before the transfer window closes.
