Football transfer updates: PSG nears Ferran Torres deal and OM targets replacements

Major football transfer developments are unfolding across French and Spanish clubs. Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is reportedly nearing a deal to sign Spanish attacker Ferran Torres from FC Barcelona. The transfer is estimated to be worth approximately 55 million euros, including bonuses, and the player is expected to undergo a medical examination soon.

In Marseille, Olympique de Marseille (OM) is actively managing squad changes. Following Facundo Medina's move to Bayer Leverkusen, the club is targeting Argentine defender Santiago Ramos Mingo from Esporte Clube Bahia as a replacement. The deal for the 24-year-old is estimated at 12 million euros. Additionally, Juventus is reportedly interested in OM captain Leonardo Balerdi, valued at around 18 million euros, as the Marseille club looks to balance its finances.

Other notable movements include reports of Pierre-Emile Højbjerg rejecting an offer from Newcastle, though some reports suggest an agreement with the English club was previously close. Meanwhile, Toulouse FC has reportedly rejected a 33 million euro bid for Methalie.
