Olympique de Marseille slashes wages, frees high‑salary players

Olympique de Marseille is confronting a serious financial shortfall after missing out on Champions League revenue. Director of football Grégory Lorenzi warned that the club must meet DNCG requirements and restore a sustainable wage structure.

The club is seeking to offload several high‑earning players.
