Olympique Marseille eyes Sevilla striker Akor Adams in €18‑25m deal
Olympique Marseille have entered the market for Sevilla FC forward Akor Adams, offering around €18 million for the Nigerian striker. Sevilla aim to sell him for roughly €25 million and have even floated the idea of a player‑exchange involving Neal Maupay, currently on loan at Sevilla from Marseille.
Adams finished the season with 10 league goals and four assists in 33 appearances, significantly raising his market value since his 4‑goal debut season. His performances have also earned him regular call‑ups for Nigeria, where he scored in a recent friendly against Portugal.
Sevilla are preparing for pre‑season training in early July, with scheduled friendlies in Poland and Germany, while the transfer saga continues to develop.
