Olympus Corporation completes $500 million senior notes offering

Olympus Corporation has completed an offering of senior notes totaling an aggregate principal amount of $500 million. The notes carry an interest rate of 5.526% and are due in 2031.

The notes have been listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Skadden served as legal counsel for the transaction, advising J. P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. in their roles as initial purchasers.
