Omaha Hockey travels to Lindenwood for weekend series

The Omaha Mavericks are set to face the Lindenwood Lions in a two-game series at the Centene Community Ice Center in Maryland Heights, Missouri. The games are scheduled for Friday, October 23, and Saturday, October 24, both at 7 p.m. CDT.

Omaha enters the series with a 0-2-0 record following a home-and-home sweep by No. 15 Augustana. Despite the losses, freshman goaltender Will Lacelle has maintained a .936 save percentage. The Mavericks also hold a perfect penalty kill, having not yet allowed a power-play goal this season.

Lindenwood holds a 3-3-0 record and is averaging 4.67 goals per game. The all-time series between the two programs is tied at 1-1-0, with Omaha winning the most recent matchup in December 2024.
