Omar Marmoush sets new Tottenham speed record amid scoring struggles

Tottenham Hotspur forward Omar Marmoush has set a new club speed record, becoming the first player to reach 35.1 km/h this season. He surpasses the previous record held by Savio.

Despite individual performances, Tottenham continues to struggle with clinical finishing. In a recent match against Manchester United, the team dominated much of the play but failed to capitalize on opportunities. Dominic Solanke secured an injury-time equalizer for the side, but he was criticized for missing several significant chances earlier in the game.

Pundit Paul Merson has urged the club to prioritize signing an elite center-forward. He noted that while the team plays well, they lack a prolific goalscorer, suggesting that current attacking options like Solanke and Marmoush have yet to provide the necessary goal output. Tottenham currently sits in 18th place in the Premier League, having scored only three goals in six matches.
