Omar Montes undergoes surgery for serious boxing injury

Spanish singer Omar Montes underwent a three-hour surgery following a serious injury sustained during a boxing training session. The artist suffered a complex fracture of his right knuckle, which doctors described as a collapsed and sunken bone with multiple fragments affecting the joint.

Montes shared updates on his condition via social media, including footage from the hospital where medical specialists explained that surgery was mandatory to prevent further issues, such as a cyst in the adjacent bone that could impact his ability to box in the future. Following the procedure, the singer confirmed that the operation was successful and thanked his medical team and supporters.
