Omarska sports hall construction to finish within 20 days

Savo Minić, President of the Government of Republika Srpska, announced that the construction of a new multi-purpose sports hall in Omarska, near Prijedor, is expected to be completed within the next 20 days. The facility features over 600 seats and high-quality licensed equipment.

The project was funded through a tripartite arrangement. The Government of Republika Srpska contributed 2,000,000 KM, while the City of Prijedor provided 92,000 KM. Additionally, the Government of the Republic of Serbia provided 250,000 EUR for the initial stages of construction. The hall is intended to host high-level matches, school activities, and local amateur clubs and cultural societies.
