Omberg Group develops year-round residential project in Palanga

Omberg Group is developing the ‘Palanga 365’ project in the center of Palanga, Lithuania. The development is designed to support year-round living, long-term leisure, or investment, rather than just seasonal summer use.

The four-story building with an attic will feature 1–3 room apartments ranging from 31 to 86 square meters, with larger four-room units available for early buyers. The ground floor is designated for commercial premises.

Judita Gedutienė, Commercial Director of Omberg Group, emphasized the importance of ensuring residential properties are legally classified as such to provide clarity for buyers regarding taxes, financing, and usage. The project is located approximately 900 meters from the sea.
