Omega European Masters begins in Crans with $3.75 million prize pool

The Omega European Masters is taking place in Crans, featuring a prize pool of $3.75 million. The competition includes fifteen players ranked in the world top 100 and three former Masters champions: Danny Willett, Sergio Garcia, and Patrick Reed.

Among the participants are several high-ranking DP World Tour players, including Ryan Gerard, Eugenio Chacarra, Casey Jarvis, and Jayden Schaper. Previous winners returning to the course include defending champion Thriston Lawrence, Matt Wallace, Rasmus Højgaard, and veteran Miguel Ángel Jiménez.

Swiss player Joel Girrbach is also competing, currently ranked 110th in the annual standings as he seeks to secure his playing card for 2027.
