Omen//Skye releases new metalcore single ‘Vanquish’

Maryland-based metalcore band Omen//Skye has released a new single and lyric video titled ‘Vanquish’ through Arson Theory. The track is part of their recent EP, ‘The Thoughts That Haunt Us’.

Produced by Drew Licurgo and Six:Eight Audio, the song addresses themes of addiction, depression, and suicidal ideation. Vocalist Nick Troisi developed the verse lyrics and concept based on his personal experiences with addiction, aiming to deliver a message of resilience and the choice to persevere through dark periods. The musical composition involved former guitarist Brian Baugus and Josh Grzywacz, who composed the chorus lyrics.
