Omilia secures $67 million Series B, plans US office
Greek artificial‑intelligence startup Omilia announced a $67 million Series B financing round led by Expedition Growth Capital. The funding will be used to accelerate the company’s international expansion, including opening its first U.S. office in the second half of 2026.
Omilia’s Agentic Customer Experience platform provides voice‑first AI solutions for large enterprises in highly regulated sectors such as banking, insurance and healthcare. Its client roster includes Capital One, Discover, RBC, Taco Bell, the United Kingdom’s Department for Work and Pensions and PSEG. The technology meets strict security and compliance standards, including FedRAMP, PCI‑DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR, and supports high‑volume deployments—over one million calls per day for a Tier 1 U.S. bank and more than 600,000 calls daily for a multinational U.S. insurer.
Since its Series A round, Omilia has grown annual recurring revenue more than tenfold to over $60 million. CEO and co‑founder Dimitris Vassos said the company is “dynamically scaling, especially in the United States,” and that the new capital will further strengthen its AI stack and market reach.
