Omnam Group appoints Maria Wojtowicz as Head of Creative

Omnam Group, a Europe-based real estate developer and investor, has appointed Maria Wojtowicz as its new Head of Creative. In this role, Wojtowicz will lead the creative direction and interior design for the group’s expanding pipeline of luxury hotels, hospitality projects, and branded residences.

Wojtowicz joins the Omnam Design Studio, an integrated arm of the company launched earlier this year. She brings over 12 years of international experience, having previously served as an Associate Lead Designer at Azumi Group and a Design Manager at Avroko. Her professional portfolio includes notable projects such as The Conrad Athens, the House of NYNN Members Club, and Le Bar Américain at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo.

Omnam Group CEO David Zisser stated that the appointment reflects the company’s commitment to investing in creative talent to shape projects from their earliest stages, ensuring long-term value and clear identity across their growing international portfolio.
