Omnicom reports Q3 growth and nears completion of IPG integration

Omnicom has reported a 7.2% organic revenue growth for the third quarter of 2026, driven largely by its integrated media and experiential divisions. The company recorded a consolidated revenue of $6.42 billion, with its core activities generating $6 billion. Adjusted EBITA for core operations rose by 21.1% to approximately $1.1 billion, resulting in an 18.2% margin.

Growth was primarily fueled by the integrated media sector, which accounted for 53% of total revenue ($3.2 billion) and saw organic growth exceeding 10%. The experiential and other activities segment also saw double-digit organic growth, supported by operations related to the FIFA World Cup.

Following the acquisition of Interpublic Group (IPG), CEO John Wren stated that the integration is “substantially completed.” The company is nearing the end of a planned reduction of approximately 15,000 roles, aimed at eliminating duplicated corporate functions and regional management. Omnicom remains on track to meet its target of $900 million in cost savings for the year through these workforce reductions and the divestment of non-core businesses.
