OMO launches two new Wonder Wash detergents in Australia

Australian laundry brand OMO has expanded its Wonder Wash range with two new liquid variants – Sensitive, a hypoallergenic formula for delicate skin, and Dazzling Whites, designed to brighten and maintain white clothing. Both products are engineered for a 15‑minute wash cycle, work in cold water as low as 20 °C, and are compatible with front‑ and top‑loader machines. OMO cites research showing that half of Australians frequently ignore clothing‑care instructions, highlighting demand for quick, convenient solutions. Senior Laundry Care Expert Sara Shorter said the new variants aim to reduce everyday laundry stress while delivering high‑performance cleaning.

In a separate consumer‑group test by Choice, OMO powders tied with Aldi for the top score in front‑loader performance (82 %) and again led in top‑loader tests, while OMO capsules achieved the highest rating among laundry capsules. Although OMO’s premium powders cost more per wash than Aldi’s Trimate, the tests confirmed comparable cleaning effectiveness across the brands.
