Nollywood actress Omotunde Ogundimu has issued an emotional plea for financial assistance to fund her ongoing treatment for cervical cancer. Ogundimu stated that she has been battling the illness since 2024 and noted that the treatment process has caused significant physical and emotional exhaustion.

During an interview with media personality Biola Adebayo, the actress described painful side effects from her medical care and expressed a desire to regain her health. Due to the financial difficulties arising from her prolonged battle, Ogundimu appealed to the Nigerian public for support. Following the interview, Adebayo shared the actress's banking details on social media to facilitate donations for her medical expenses.
