OMP and Eastman to showcase integrated supply chain planning at Gartner Summit

OMP and Eastman will present their collaborative supply chain planning advancements at the Gartner Supply Chain Planning Summit 2026 in Denver, Colorado. The session will focus on how Eastman transitioned from three separate planning periods into a single, integrated cycle that connects long, medium, and short-term planning through a unified view of the value chain.

During the presentation, Eastman IBP Excellence Manager Sachin Kothari and OMP Chief Operating Officer Abhi Patel will discuss the operational model changes required to enable faster decision-making.
