Omron to acquire OnLogic parent Interlogic for $675 million

Omron Corporation has agreed to acquire Interlogic, Inc., the Vermont-based parent company of industrial computer manufacturer OnLogic, Inc., for $675 million in cash. The deal is structured as a reverse triangular merger and is expected to close around January 2027, pending regulatory approval.

Through this acquisition, Omron intends to integrate OnLogic’s industrial PCs with its own sensing, robotics, and high-precision control technologies. The strategic move is designed to advance Omron’s physical AI capabilities, enabling real-time decision-making and digital transformation directly on factory floors.

OnLogic is expected to continue operating as an independent entity within the Omron group, maintaining its existing brand, management team, and CEO Sean Larkin. As of 2025, Interlogic reported net sales of $154.2 million. Omron anticipates the transaction will have an immaterial impact on its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2027.
