Oncosem Boosts Capital by 1200% to 310.05 million TL in Free Share Issue

Oncosem Onkolojik Sistemler Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. announced a 1,200% free (bonus) capital increase. The company will raise its issued share capital from 23.85 million Turkish lira (TL) to 310.05 million TL, adding 286.2 million TL entirely from internal sources.

The increase will be financed by 73.59 million TL from other profit reserves, 96.62 million TL from equity‑inflation adjustment differences, and 115.99 million TL from emission premium. New shares will be issued proportionally to existing A‑group and B‑group shareholders. The board has authorized the management to seek the required approvals, primarily from the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and related authorities, to complete the transaction.

The move follows a one‑time allowance under the Capital Markets Board’s regulation to exceed the company’s registered capital ceiling of 99 million TL.
