Onda launches 1.45 million euro tender for youth housing

The City Council of Onda has opened a tender for the construction of six new municipal housing units in the town's historic center. The project, part of the ‘Viviendas Jóvenes con Compromiso’ initiative, has a total budget of 1,452,000 euros, including VAT.

The works involve the demolition of existing structures dating back to 1900 and the construction of a new building on four residential plots. The project aims to facilitate youth emancipation and encourage social commitment through volunteerism. The execution period is set for 15 months, with the bidding process open until October 5.
