Onda municipality launches €10,000 grant to subsidise building‑evaluation reports
The town council of Onda has opened a new funding call worth €10,000 to help owners of residential buildings prepare the mandatory Building Evaluation Report (Informe de Evaluación de Edificios). The programme offers up to €600 per multi‑family or collective residence and €400 per single‑family home to cover part of the technical fees required for the assessment, which examines structural condition, accessibility and energy efficiency. The aid, promoted by the Urban Development and Housing department, is intended to lower costs for owners, encourage the upkeep of the municipal housing stock and improve safety and sustainability. Applications can be submitted by owners, tenants, usufructuaries or authorised residents with the owner’s consent, as well as by homeowners’ associations that have approved the report, and the deadline is 30 November 2026.
