Onda Pride 2026: LGBTQIA+ marches held in Aosta and Ostia

The 2026 Onda Pride national mobilization is underway across Italy, featuring various regional marches to advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights and combat discrimination and violence.

In Aosta, the third edition of Aosta Pride concluded with a parade from Arco d’Augusto to Jardin de l’autonomie. Organizers reported over 3,000 participants, while initial estimates at the start of the march were lower. The event received support from the Municipality of Aosta and the University of Valle d’Aosta.

In Ostia, the collective Anfibia organized a Pride march starting from the Lido Centro station. Beyond the celebration, organizers have formally requested that the local Municipality provide a permanent community space for year-round activities and support.

In the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, the FVG Pride is scheduled for October 3 in Udine. The event, which has received patronage from the Municipality of Udine, will feature a parade starting and ending at Parco Moretti, accompanied by a Pride Village and various cultural performances.
