Czech TV comedy, Slovak series debut and Ukrainian ballet highlight Central European entertainment

Ondřej Brzobohatý and Richard Genzer turned the Czech talk show Inkognito into a comic sketch, improvising a mock‑registered partnership and joking about creating a new musical titled “Vlající fiží”.

The Slovak period drama series Sľub began a regular broadcast on Czech channel Nova Lady, drawing praise from viewers who enjoy hearing the original Slovak dialogue despite the language barrier.

Singer‑actor Peter Stašák disclosed that, for the sequel film Kavej 2, he was persuaded by director Lukáš Zednikovič to rap for the first time, a new musical element for the comedy.

The Kyiv State Ballet School’s troupe performed the ballet “Lesná pieseň” in Bratislava, preceded by an animated screening of the story Mavka. The Ukrainian dancers, displaced by the 2022 war, showcased their resilience and artistic skill to a Slovak audience.
