Czech basketball player Ondřej Sehnal is balancing significant personal milestones with his responsibilities to the national team. Following his marriage in July, Sehnal is currently awaiting the birth of his daughter, a situation that may impact his availability for the upcoming preparatory tournament in Hamburg.

In the absence of Tomáš Satoranský, Sehnal has taken on a leadership role as a key playmaker for the Czech Republic. The team is currently preparing for critical EuroBasket pre-qualification matches against Belgium and Norway. To prepare, the squad will participate in the Supercup in Hamburg, where they are scheduled to face Germany and either Croatia or Turkey.
