Ondo Finance launches onchain portfolio tokens using BlackRock strategies

Ondo Finance has launched three onchain portfolio tokens under its ‘Ondo Intelligent Portfolios’ suite: BLKHIon (High Income), BLKDIGon (Diversified Growth), and BLKGRWon (High Growth). These tokens, issued by Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited, combine exposure to various tokenized equities and exchange-traded funds into single transferable assets.

While the products utilize model portfolio strategies developed by BlackRock Fund Advisors, BlackRock does not manage, operate, or hold liability for the portfolios. BlackRock provides nondiscretionary strategies based on specifications provided by Ondo, but does not handle tokenization, issuance, or custody. Investors hold separate securities issued by Ondo and do not have ownership, voting, or information rights in the underlying BlackRock funds.

Access to these products is restricted; U.S. persons and investors located in the United States are prohibited from participating. Qualified investors in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area may access them subject to applicable regulations. The portfolios generally undergo quarterly rebalancing.
