Ondokuz Mayıs University delegation discusses academic cooperation in Beijing

A delegation from Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMÜ), led by Rector Prof. Dr. Fatma Aydın, met with the management of North China University of Technology (NCUT) in Beijing to discuss academic collaboration and project opportunities.

During the meetings, held within the framework of the 2026 China Education Expo (CEE 2026), the universities explored sustainable partnerships in the fields of engineering, economics, and management. Discussions also focused on developing project opportunities under the Erasmus+ KA171 program.

Following institutional presentations, the OMÜ delegation inspected research laboratories at NCUT to evaluate the university’s scientific and technological infrastructure. The visit aims to strengthen academic relations with Chinese higher education institutions and foster new collaborations in education, research, and academic mobility.
