OnDosis partners with Adare Pharma Solutions for US ADHD program

OnDosis, a Swedish company specializing in precision dosing technology, has entered a strategic collaboration with US-based Adare Pharma Solutions to advance its lead ADHD program, Imfocy, toward the American market.

The partnership provides OnDosis with commercial-scale manufacturing capacity in the United States. Adare Pharma Solutions will serve as a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), supporting OnDosis through upcoming bioequivalence studies and the subsequent regulatory submission for Imfocy.

OnDosis utilizes a technology platform centered on the Dosage Manager, a handheld device designed to allow for individualized dosing of oral solid medicines. Imfocy is an extended-release oral pellet product containing mixed amphetamine salts, intended to be delivered via the Dosage Manager to meet diverse patient requirements.

Founded in 2017 as a spin-off from AstraZeneca, OnDosis has received support from GU Ventures and is working to combine its precision-dosing capabilities with Adare’s expertise in manufacturing oral solid dosage forms, including controlled substances.
