One Grand Eastlakes valuation rises 95% to AU$38 million

One Grand Eastlakes Shopping Centre, owned by One Global Capital, has seen its valuation increase by approximately 95% since its acquisition in late 2024. Originally acquired for AU$19.5 million, the Sydney-based commercial property reached a valuation of AU$33 million by the end of 2025, representing a 69% increase.

An independent assessment by CBRE in 2026 further raised the property's valuation to AU$38 million, a 15% increase from the previous year's assessment. This represents a total value appreciation of AU$18.5 million since the initial purchase.

Iwan Sunito, Chairman and Group CEO of One Global Capital, stated that this growth is part of a pre-planned investment strategy. The company focuses on asset fundamentals, recurring income potential, and tenant retention rather than solely targeting capital gains.
