One NZ announces executive leadership changes ahead of CEO transition

One NZ has announced several changes to its executive leadership team in preparation for Nick Judd to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer on August 31.

The restructuring includes two internal promotions: Kieran Byrne will transition from Chief Technology Officer to Chief Financial Officer, retaining responsibility for the Infrastructure Partners wholesale function. Sharina Nisha, currently General Manager of Business Transformation, has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer.

Additionally, Sonia Fernandes will join the company as Chief People Officer at the end of August, bringing international experience in organizational transformation. Incoming CEO Nick Judd stated that these appointments aim to provide continuity in strategy while introducing fresh perspectives to the executive team.
