One Piece Eiichiro Oda Weekly Shonen Jump manga hiatus Silver Week

The One Piece manga is scheduled for a publication break in September 2026. Following the release of Chapter 1193, the next installment, Chapter 1194, is set to arrive on September 27, 2026.

This hiatus is due to the Weekly Shonen Jump publication schedule in Japan rather than a personal break by creator Eiichiro Oda. The pause follows a double issue of the magazine and coincides with Silver Week, a period of national holidays in Japan that results in a suspension of printing and distribution for the magazine.

Chapter 1194 will be available digitally via Shueisha’s Manga Plus platform. The story is currently in the Elbaf arc.
