ONE SAMURAI 4: Masaaki Noiri and Nabil Anane secure victories in Tokyo

At ONE SAMURAI 4 held at Tokyo’s Ariake Arena, Masaaki Noiri advanced to the featherweight kickboxing tournament final after a 2-1 split decision victory over Mohamed Chiaracani. Noiri is set to face Marat Gregorian, who reached the final after his opponent failed to make weight.

Gregorian noted that Noiri appeared smaller than expected during their encounter but predicted a high-intensity fight where both fighters will seek knockouts. While ONE Championship CEO Chatri Sityodtong suggested a December date for the final, Noiri indicated he prefers to delay the bout to fully recover from an undisclosed injury sustained prior to his recent fight.

In the bantamweight kickboxing division, Nabil Anane defeated K-1 Champion Yuki Yoza via unanimous decision. Anane, a former ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion, controlled the bout with knees and strategic striking. Following the win, Anane expressed satisfaction with his performance in the kickboxing discipline, stating he intends to continue improving in the domain.
