OnePlus faces warranty voucher backlash and limited product availability in Europe

European customers of OnePlus have reported difficulties with warranty claims, receiving vouchers instead of product replacements. Users on Reddit note that a 199‑euro voucher for a faulty pair of wireless headphones and a 100‑euro voucher for a SuperVOOC charger were offered, but both were limited to the brand's restricted online store, could not be combined with promotions, and had short validity periods.

The limited availability of OnePlus devices compounds the issue, with the official store now only listing a few models such as the OnePlus 15R, Nord series and a tablet, while flagship models are scarce. In Poland, the OnePlus 15R is one of the few mid‑range phones still widely offered, prompting comparisons with the older OnePlus 13, which boasts a higher‑end display and camera system. Consumer frustration has led some to consider escalating complaints to the European Consumer Centre.

Overall, the combination of constrained after‑sales support and dwindling product range is raising concerns about OnePlus's commitment to its European user base.
