OnePlus redirects European shoppers to Oppo products
The official OnePlus websites in several European markets—including Germany, Spain and France—now display a prominent banner that encourages visitors to purchase Oppo devices instead of new OnePlus models. The banner links directly to Oppo’s site, promoting smartphones, tablets, earbuds and foldable phones such as the Find N series.
No formal announcement has been made about ending the OnePlus brand, but the change follows months of reports about a gradual scaling back of OnePlus operations, staff reductions in some regions and tighter integration with OPPO’s hardware and software platforms. While the shift is evident in Europe, OPPO does not sell devices in the United States, where OnePlus continues to be the group’s primary offering.
