Onikişubat Municipality and Diyarbakır host spring festivals for children

The Hamidiye‑Bekir Topçuoğlu Special Education and Rehabilitation Center organized a “Special Children Spring Festival” under the auspices of the Onikişubat Municipality. The event featured a mehter band, dog show, balloon rhythm activities, judo demonstrations and various workshops such as paper crafts, plastic‑heart painting, face painting, sewing and cupcake decorating. Mayor Hanifi Toptaş attended, emphasizing the goal of a more inclusive society for children with special needs.

In Diyarbakır, the Ceylan Karavil Park shopping mall hosted a spring festival organized by a local private college. The day-long program offered lively music, interactive games and opportunities for students, teachers and families to socialize together. The celebration concluded with group photographs, highlighting the community‑building aspect of the event.
