Onikişubat Municipality announces daycare enrollment results

The Onikişubat Municipality in Kahramanmaraş has announced the results of the electronic lottery for the 2026-2027 academic year at the Şehit Hakan Akdere Gündüz Bakımevi. The daycare center, which serves children aged 4 to 6, received 290 applications from 45 different neighborhoods, with 80 applicants for the morning session and 210 for the afternoon session.

Following a transparent lottery process, 180 students were selected to enroll. This includes 60 primary students for the morning group, 60 primary students for the afternoon group, and 60 students on the waiting list.

Operating for two and a half years, the facility has supported the development of approximately 750 children. The center features modern amenities including five classrooms equipped with smart boards, seven learning centers, four workshops, a gymnastics area, and an ecology garden. The curriculum includes 17 different educational contents such as foreign languages, coding, music, and sports.
