OnlyFans owner Leonid Radvinsky received $709 million in dividends before death

Leonid Radvinsky, the billionaire owner of OnlyFans, received more than $709 million in dividends in the months leading up to his death from cancer in March 2026. According to UK accounts for Fenix International Ltd, the platform's parent company, Radvinsky received $535 million for the fiscal year ending November 2025, followed by $174 million in tranches during the first three months of 2026.

Fenix International reported a pre-tax profit of approximately $714 million last year, a 5% increase from 2024. The company, which operates with a lean staff of roughly 47 employees, saw its revenue rise 10% to nearly $1.6 billion for the year ending November 30, 2025. Following Radvinsky's death at age 43, control of the company has passed to his widow, Yekaterina ‘Katie’ Chudnovsky.

In early 2026, the investment firm Architect Capital acquired a 16% stake in the company in a deal that valued OnlyFans at approximately $3.15 billion. Radvinsky, a Ukrainian-born entrepreneur raised in the United States, had owned a majority stake in the platform since 2018.
