OnlyFans secures $535 million investment at $3.15 billion valuation

OnlyFans parent company Fenix International has secured its first major external investment. Architect Capital acquired a 16% stake in the platform for $535 million, resulting in a total company valuation of approximately $3.15 billion.

The deal follows the death of OnlyFans founder Leonid Radvinsky in March 2026. Following his passing, the company's majority control remains with a family trust led by his widow, Yekaterina “Katie” Chudnovsky.

Despite the new valuation, the platform reported significant financial scale in fiscal 2024, with $7.22 billion in gross revenue and $1.41 billion in net revenue. The investment is viewed as a move toward broadening the platform's investor base and providing mainstream validation for the creator economy entity.
