Onni Group pivots 357 North Green Street back to office use

Onni Group has pivoted its development plans for 357 North Green Street in Chicago’s Fulton Market District, returning to an office-centric model after a previous shift toward residential use. The project, designed by architecture firm SCB, is now being marketed as a 900,000-square-foot office development across 30 stories.

Stream Realty Partners has been appointed to oversee leasing for the site. The redesigned tower features larger floor plates of approximately 30,000 square feet to accommodate single tenants. Planned amenities include 60,000 square feet of space across three floors, a ground-floor coffee shop, an upscale restaurant on the 29th floor, and private 300-square-foot terraces on every office level.

The development will also include 420 parking spaces, a dedicated bike room, and a landscaped pedestrian paseo connecting Halsted Street to Green Street.
