ONPE begins assembly of materials for 2026 elections

The National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE) has begun the final assembly of electoral materials for the 2026 Regional and Municipal Elections in Lurín. Approximately 600 specialists are working across six production lines to supply 89,935 polling stations. The materials, which include ballots, electoral rolls, and voter lists, utilize barcode technology to ensure unique identification and geographic accuracy for each station.

To facilitate voter preparation, ONPE has launched a digital platform allowing citizens to consult their assigned polling locations, addresses, and table numbers. The platform also enables individuals to verify if they have been selected as polling station members. For those selected, the system provides details regarding their specific roles and allows for the download of official credentials. Training for these members is scheduled to take place between September 5 and October 3.
