Ontario police charge nine drivers with impaired driving in Prince Edward County

Key incidents include: - July 1: Christopher Sampson, 41, of Picton, was arrested after failing an Approved Screening Device during a checkpoint and charged with operating while impaired – alcohol and a blood‑alcohol concentration over 80 mg. - July 4: David Tobin, 62, of Wellington, was stopped following a traffic complaint and faced the same two charges. - July 7: Bradley Chapman, 48, of Picton, was arrested after his vehicle was observed swerving and was charged similarly. - July 17: Alla Adler, 50, of North York, was stopped for erratic driving in Picton and received the same impaired‑driving charges. - July 18: a driver who nearly collided with a police cruiser was also charged.
