Ontex Group names Stéphane Re as new Group CFO effective Sept 14, 2026

Ontex Group NV announced on 30 July 2026 that Stéphane Re will assume the role of Group CFO and become a member of the Executive Management Committee on 14 September 2026, succeeding Geert Peeters. Re, a Swiss national, joins from Partner in Pet Food, where he led a comprehensive transformation programme as Group CFO. Earlier he served as Group CFO of Thai Union Europe/MW Brands and held senior finance positions at Nestlé and Credit Suisse First Boston.

CEO Laurent Nielly said Re will play a key role in coordinating the transformation of Ontex’s European and North‑American businesses together with the newly created Transformation Management Office. Geert Peeters, who will support Re during the hand‑over, helped the company refinance senior debt, divest its Emerging‑Markets activities and advance cost‑reduction and digitalisation initiatives.
