Ontinyent's 2026 Moros i Cristians Festivities Feature Disney Singer Gisela and Nighttime Concerts

The municipality of Ontinyent in Valencia will host the Week of Moros i Cristians (Setmana Gran) from 17 to 24 August 2026. The town hall has arranged a diverse musical programme that includes six consecutive nights of concerts at La Glorieta, family‑friendly shows and food stalls at the Museu del Tèxtil, and a large "Nit Gran" popular dinner that this year attracted more than 450 registrations.

Key highlights are the performance by Gisela, known as the "voice of Disney", scheduled for 19 August, a nightly discomobile that runs from 1 a.m. onward for younger audiences, and orchestrated concerts by the Orquestra Mónaco, Orquestra Montecarlo and Fercho Energy’s Full Show. Mayor Jorge Rodríguez and councilors presented the schedule, emphasizing the aim of attracting visitors of all ages to Ontinyent during the festivities.
