Ontinyent's new IES L’Estació to be completed in December

Construction of the new IES L’Estació in Ontinyent is expected to be completed this December. The project represents an 18 million euro investment through the Pla Edificant program.

The renovation of the facility, which has been in operation since 1970, will nearly double the available useful surface area from approximately 6,000 to over 11,000 square meters. The modern, sustainable complex will include dedicated buildings for secondary education, vocational training, administration, sports facilities, a library, a cafeteria, and an assembly hall.

New installations will feature advanced technology and energy efficiency standards, including LED lighting, smart sensor-based control systems, and aerothermic climate control.
