Onur Kebap brings Adana breakfast traditions to Istanbul

Onur Kebap, a culinary establishment founded in Adana in 1990, is bringing the traditional Adana Sunday liver breakfast to Istanbul. The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, September 27, at QNB Terminal Kadıköy.

Between 08:30 and 13:00, guests can experience a traditional breakfast featuring characteristic regional flavors such as lamb skewers, sucuk, and mumbar. The initiative aims to share Adana’s rich gastronomic heritage and vibrant market culture with the residents of Istanbul.
