Oomaki Onsen Kanko Ryokan offers secluded hot spring retreat in Toyama

Oomaki Onsen Kanko Ryokan is a secluded inn located in the Shogawa Onsen Village of Toyama Prefecture. Accessible only by sightseeing boat from the Komaki Dam on the opposite bank, the inn is described as a hidden retreat along the Shogawa River.

With a history dating back to 1183, the hot springs are said to have been discovered by a Heike warrior. The facility offers various bathing experiences, including outdoor baths for men and women, large communal baths with views of the cliffs and river, and a cypress terrace bath for men.
