OOMSAPAS Los Cabos pursues Substantive Equality Distinction

The Municipal Water and Sanitation Operator of Los Cabos (OOMSAPASLC) is working toward achieving the 2026 Substantive Equality Distinction. As part of this initiative, staff participated in a workshop titled ‘Safe Digital Spaces,’ organized in coordination with the Los Cabos Municipal Women's Institute (IMMLC).

The training aims to strengthen workplace environments by preventing digital violence and discrimination, ensuring technical and operational development aligns with human rights. Under the leadership of Director General Arturo Sandoval Montaño, the organization is implementing internal protocols to promote equity, respect, and dignity within its institutional culture.
