OOONO announces CO-DRIVER NO3 traffic assistant with color display

Danish manufacturer OOONO has unveiled the CO-DRIVER NO3, the third generation of its traffic assistant device. Unlike previous models that relied solely on audio signals, the new version features a TFT color display designed to provide context for upcoming hazards, such as speed cameras, accidents, or construction sites. The display shows the type of hazard and the distance to it, while also indicating current speed limits during radar checks.

To minimize driver distraction, the Focus Display remains dark when not in use and utilizes physical buttons rather than a touchscreen. The device is equipped with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery via USB-C and an anodized aluminum housing.

A key strategic distinction of the NO3 is its business model; unlike competitor Saphe, which requires a subscription for live traffic data, OOONO provides traffic and speed warnings for free. Instead, the company offers optional subscription services for additional features like an automated digital logbook. The device is scheduled for market launch on October 28, 2026.
